Real Pilates

Real Pilates is a specialized boutique Pilates studio that offers high quality group and private Pilates training sessions as well as a limited number of group Yoga classes.

In addition, Pilates is the official STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Centre in the region offering internationally recognized STOTT PILATES certification courses and workshops.

Unlike its competitors, Real Pilates only follows one Pilates methodology, equipment brand and education system. All instructors are full-time employees qualified / certified according by the same school (STOTT PILATES); i.e. no freelancers, no mix of methods, exercise approaches, etc.

Real Pilates’s objective is enriching people’s lives. This means making a significant tangible impact in the wellbeing of people coming from of all walks of life, whatever their mind and body objectives be: injury rehab, toning, general fitness, weight loss, healthy pregnancy, athletic conditioning, etc.
