CONCEPT BRIEF
Bakeria is a takeaway bakery café concept designed initially to increase the sales of petrol at Emarat Service Stations. The philosophy of Bakeria is to provide a variety of fresh products demanded by the customers at affordable prices.
Bakery products are delivered to the Bakeria sites, either completely finished, par baked frozen, frozen baked unfinished, or as frozen dough. At the sites, the products are proved, baked and finished to give the customers the impression that they are purchasing products from a fresh bakery which in many respects is true.
At Bakeria, coffee and a selection of related beverages under the Café Arabicca brand is also available. Bakeria’s uniqueness is derived from the wide range of bakery products, some of which are developed specifically for Bakeria and the Coffee (Arabicca) which is the first local (Gulf Region) brand of coffee. The main strengths of Bakeria are: large range of fresh bakery items, fresh coffee, and quick serviceBakeria’s customers are from all nationalities and ages.
