Administrative Assistant

Mae Ann Garvez joined Francorp Middle East office in January 2015 as an Administrative Assistant for the CEO and all company executives. Her key responsibilities includes scheduling meetings, managing calendars and act as the first point of contact for the entire company operation.

Ms. Garvez has a strong background in administrative and secretarial practice working in a government institution in the Philippines. She holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Cebu Normal University and currently taking on more responsibilities pertaining to Human Resources such as managing employees accounts, leaves and payroll. Her job responsibilities extends to tackling daily office management and operations in maintaining basic accounts, petty cash and maintaining records for accounting purposes.

Since joining Francorp, Ms. Garvez demonstrate a strong work ethics and handle all her duties in a professional manner. She have continuously developed new skills and undergone several trainings to take on added responsibilities essential for smooth & efficient operations of the business.
